Fairly clean cheap hotel with pleasant staff. The rooms with a comfy bed. Favourable location a 10-15 minute walk from Smoky Mountain. Totally really amazing stay on vacation.

This is good budget hotel with very good staff and rooms.

I had an unexpected issue with the toilet randomly flushing in my room. the maintenance promptly fixed the light bulb and tried to resolve the flushing problem. Despite this, I appreciated the convenient location and decent breakfast options at the hotel. Overall I'd suggest this spot for a short stay.

The room was spacious and newly updated, featuring a lovely balcony. The location is excellent, just a short distance from the main strip, making it easy to get around. We were also conveniently close to downtown, the Great Smoky Mountains park entrance, and a variety of restaurants.

The setting is exceptionally nice and magnificent, next to downtown, restaurants, Great Smoky Mountains park entrance, and many attractions in Gatlinburg. You can have cookies, yogurt, fruit, and hot waffles with your breakfast if you want to.

The room was a good size and came with a nice balcony. Overall, we had a lovely stay! 😊.

Our room here had a nice adjoining terrace where we could relax, and it even came with an iron for our clothes. the bed was super soft and comfy, plus we could enjoy free Wi-Fi 📶.

My room had a patio and an iron. the location was especially convenient, being close to Gatlinburg's top restaurants and attractions like the Ober Gatlinburg tram, Peddler, Cherokee Grill, Calhouns, and Smokey Mountain Brewery.

The location is absolutely perfect, right near the heart of downtown Gatlinburg and close to the tram. Exploring Hannah's Maze of Mirrors was easy since it’s just a short walk away. The room was stocked and reasonably priced, and the comfy bed made for a great stay. Everything was fine!
